I like teaching a lot, I like teaching, I like contact with students. I appreciate the activity and difficult questions. I regret the fact that many educators do not improve in their profession, do not cooperate with the industry, which means that there are no practical examples during the classes. As a result, students are often reluctant to listen to lectures and lecturers.

I run classes in quality and safety management as well as in project and innovation management, based on my experience:

In terms of innovation:

- I introduced several products to the market (in companies).

- I supported the creation of several companies (from innovative projects of students and scientists).

- I organized the Investor's Days as a result of which investments in student start-ups were made.

- I have acquired several million zlotys of investments for the development of innovation (for companies, for start-ups).

In terms of quality:

- I have successfully implemented dozens of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and others).

- I have participated in dozens of certification and client audits.

- I intervened in companies when they were unable to maintain the quality management system.
