General Information

I have been cooperating with the industry since 2003. My first cooperation is the introduction of ISO 9001 systems (2003-2006). Then I implemented various ISO systems (9001, 14001, 18001, TS16494, 3834) -2006-2012). In the meantime, while working as the Director of the Academic Entrepreneurship Incubator, I supported students and scientists in entrepreneurship. I built a university program to support student entrepreneurship. Until I led to the creation of a cluster of products from student innovative ideas. At the same time, I was establishing cooperation with industry and industry with scientists. Already then I understood that not every scientist can cooperate with the industry, I calculated that only 3-5%. By organizing cooperation between science and industry, I was perfecting myself in recognizing the needs of companies. Being involved in the scientific life of the Poznań University of Technology, I was up to date (and I am still) with the latest technologies and innovations. Being an Innovation Broker and an Innovation Coach, I gained knowledge on how to finance the implementation of innovations from EU funds, how to obtain EU funds for cooperation between science and industry. Through these experiences and continuous development, I developed the ability to raise and improve management systems in companies (since 2014) and to increase production efficiency. In 2019, through cooperation with prof. Paweł Pawlewski, I created the first digital twin of production and then improved it, which was translated into a real factory.
