Who am I and what do I do professionally (latest at the top):

- I support the emergence of innovation. Several years of running the Academic Entrepreneurship Incubator of the Poznań University of Technology have made me an effective expert in this field. In 2010-2021. I supported the creation of several start-ups from an innovative idea to entering the market.

- I supported the creation of several new, innovative products or services on the market (e.g. fragrant foil, lighter and more durable advertising hooks).

- I participated in the TOP 500 Innovators program; I did an internship at Berkeley University of California (2012). As part of the program, I did internships in companies such as: Google, Microsoft, IBM.

- I can indicate EU funding, I was an Innovation Broker, I am an Innovation Coach.

- I am the co-author of the 2011 innovation awarded by the Association of European Regions (AER)

- I specialize in building a digital twin of production in companies (Digital Twin). In 2020 - I built the first few twins thanks to which I increased the production efficiency by about 30%.

- I can introduce a management system, not bureaucratic but effective (eg ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, TS16949). In the years 2003-2020 - several dozen implementations.

- I combine the philosophy of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, ISO, using them what is best for a given company. I am not advocating ISO or Lean if the company does not need to be certified. Out of these philosophies, I choose what best suits the company. I have implemented dozens of such specific systems.

- I completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management, Poznań University of Technology, subject: Determinants of enterprise development (2008)
